Mahkota8 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using mahkota8's services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mahkota8 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of this platform immediately.
These terms take effect as soon as you complete account registration or begin any active session on mahkota8. The platform reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and users will be notified via appropriate notice. Continued use following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. mahkota8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage individual.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mahkota8 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account login credentials. mahkota8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Any activity that violates local laws is entirely the user's responsibility. mahkota8 makes no representation regarding the legality of its platform's use across all jurisdictions.
Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the mahkota8 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or collusion with other users
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or malware-containing content through the platform
- Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas of the platform
Platform Rights
Mahkota8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules. Where sufficient evidence exists, the platform may take immediate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account, withholding any balance linked to the suspected activity, and reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the mahkota8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name.
All deposits are processed within the timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method. mahkota8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit. Identity verification may be required before a first withdrawal is approved.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method. mahkota8 reserves the right to impose administrative fees on certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation.
Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. mahkota8 reserves the right to reject any claims submitted beyond this period.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policies
Limitation of Liability
Mahkota8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in information displayed.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mahkota8 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of mahkota8 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
Mahkota8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. For voluntary closures, any valid remaining balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.
Third-Party Links
The mahkota8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mahkota8 has no control over the content or policies of such third-party websites and assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mahkota8 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notices or email. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
